A Tasty-style recipe video.
This was a very fun video, I wish I had a reason to make more of these. This was for an assignment where we were supposed to make something in the genre of top-down recipe video. Olivia very kindly ran the tart while I ran the camera.
I little behind the scenes because I like talking about food and details: The apples were ones that we picked a bit north of Moscow! We had to make the caramel 3 times because it kept getting a bit over done. The prep surface is actually our coffee table in the living room because the light was so much better in there!
